The College Reach-Out staff consists of full-time and part-time educators with teaching experience.

The coordinator is responsible for ensuring the program meets its objectives as required by Florida Department of Education.

The coaches with CROP are an integral part of the Reach-Out Team. Each is employed in their areas of expertise at GCCC and work with CROP on a part-time basis.
